Members of the PRO1Global team attending the Bournemouth Air Show this year had an amazing time and got to experience one of the world’s best family friendly air festival.

Day 3 out of 4 and the sun was still shining giving the pilots and their aircraft a clear stage to pull of their amazing feats. Despite the crowded beech and teeming streets no matter where you stand you still have a perfect view of the sky and if the sound of the crafts isn’t enough to tell you where to look the oohs and ahs of the crowd will lead you exactly where you need to be.

But if the sound barrier breaking aircrafts and their stunts isn’t enough there’s more on offer to hold your interest. Whether you want to know more about the air force or the more commercial Bournemouth airport there are lots of stands to tell you all you need to know. There are the more traditional food stands combined with some more exotic foods for those more daring, as well as numerous ice cream parlours for dessert.

If you’re not one for sand then there is the wide green space of Bournemouth gardens to relax on. There are also the original jetsetters with a tent full of vultures, owls and falcons who have their only flight display show. Plus if you’re interested in flying these even a flight simulator courtesy of the royal airforce red arrows to try. It was truly a fun filled day and it’s easy to understand why over a million people flock to the spectacle each year. The dates for next year’s festival has been announced already so you can start planning to attend now, I know I’ll be there.
